📚 LIBRARY RULES & GUIDELINES – Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2, Calicut
The library is a place for learning, reading, and discovery. To make it a pleasant and useful space for all, kindly follow these rules:
1. Maintain Silence
Speak softly. Avoid disturbing others.
Use mobile phones only for academic purposes and keep them on silent mode.
2. Handle Books with Care
Do not fold pages, mark, or write in books.
Return books in the same condition as borrowed.
3. Borrowing & Returning
Students can borrow 1 book at a time for 7 days.
Books must be returned/renewed on or before the due date to avoid fines.
4. Food & Drinks
Eating and drinking are not allowed in the library.
5. Respect Library Property
Keep furniture and materials neat and undamaged.
6. Digital Resources
Use computers and digital tools responsibly and only for academic purposes.
7. Consequences for Rule Violation
